For over 65 years, Valley Insurance Service has provided creative and innovative solutions to help stabilize unforeseen financial burdens faced by businesses and families alike. Mr. Joe Neer founded Valley Insurance Service in 1940. Mr. Neer, a CPA, had attended the University of Southern California. Valley’s first office was located in El Monte, California. Valley’s main office is currently in Covina, California. Two others offices are located in Indian Wells, California, and Laguna Hills, California.

Sparked by an opportunity to further enhance services, Valley Insurance Service became part of the Leavitt Group in January of 2005. The opportunity to join with one of the largest privately held insurance organizations, while maintaining our independence, has proved advantageous. As of September 2006, the group consists of 113 agencies operating in 13 different states with consolidated revenues of approximately $110 million.  Benefits of belonging to a larger organization while maintaining personalized service include an enhanced presence in the insurance marketplace which provides competitive prices, stability, and access to a larger variety of products and services.
